At NovaSkin Aesthetics Studio + Mobile Clinic, we are committed to delivering high quality aesthetic treatments in a professional, calm, and respectful environment. All services are delivered in line with UK aesthetic best practice standards and professional guidelines.

To ensure fairness, consistency, and the highest level of care for every client, the following Booking and Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments.

By booking an appointment with NovaSkin Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments should be booked in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by direct enquiry, subject to availability.

For first time clients, basic contact information and relevant medical history may be requested prior to treatment. This ensures treatments are appropriate, safe, and tailored to individual needs.

Online bookings with a confirmed deposit payment take priority. Where possible, we will always try to accommodate alternative booking requests, however availability cannot be guaranteed without a secured deposit.

Deposit Requirement

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The deposit secures your time slot and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If payment is not completed, the appointment may be released and offered to another client without notice.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. As a small independent practice, late cancellations and missed appointments have a direct impact on our ability to offer availability to other clients.

We kindly ask that at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation terms

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

As a small independent practice, late cancellations and missed appointments have a direct impact on appointment availability and the ability to accommodate other clients.

Where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the £50 booking fee (deposit) is forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.

Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at management discretion, subject to availability. A new booking fee may be required in some circumstances.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via the booking system or confirmed in writing.

No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is classified as a no show.

In the event of a no show
The £50 deposit is forfeited
The appointment cannot be rescheduled using the existing deposit
A new deposit will be required for future bookings

Multiple no shows may result in being placed on a restricted booking list or declined service.

Late Arrivals

Punctuality is essential to maintaining a high standard of care for all clients.

A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten the treatment or cancel the appointment entirely, depending on the service booked and time remaining.

In these circumstances, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to allow sufficient time for check in and preparation.

Exceptions and Emergencies

We recognise that genuine emergencies can occur. In cases such as serious illness, accidents, or bereavement, deposit forfeiture may be waived at management discretion.

Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate. Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed fairly and respectfully.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non refundable except where an appointment is cancelled by NovaSkin Aesthetics or a service cannot be delivered due to operational reasons on our side.

Refunds are not provided for
Change of mind
Outcomes where aftercare advice has not been followed
Adverse reactions that have been disclosed and acknowledged through the consent process
Unused or partially used service packages

All aesthetic treatments are delivered with professional care. Aesthetic outcomes are subjective and individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case by case basis.

Respect for Time and Policy Enforcement

This policy is applied consistently to protect appointment availability and ensure every client receives the time, attention, and care they deserve.

Late arrivals, cancellations, and missed appointments affect not only our business but other clients who could have benefited from that time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these terms.

Agreement and Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with NovaSkin Aesthetics Studio + Mobile Clinic, whether online, by phone, or in person, you confirm acceptance of this Booking and Cancellation Policy.

Clients may also be required to complete and sign a consent form prior to treatment, which will reference this policy alongside treatment specific risks and guidance.
