NovaSkin Aesthetics Studio™ + Mobile Clinic is a trading name of

1. Introduction

2. Appointments and Deposits
Appointments are confirmed only once a £50 non-refundable deposit has been received. Appointments without a confirmed deposit may be released to other clients without notice.
All deposits and appointment changes are governed by our Booking and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Treatments and Suitability
All treatments are provided subject to consultation, medical history review, suitability assessment, and informed consent.
NovaSkin Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.
Treatments are non-surgical aesthetic procedures and are not a substitute for medical care.
4. Results and Expectations
Aesthetic outcomes are subjective and vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding treatment results, longevity, or client satisfaction.
Before and after images are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect results and increase risk of complications.
5. Mobile Services
Mobile treatments are provided subject to suitable access, environment, hygiene, lighting, and safety conditions.
NovaSkin Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or discontinue mobile services if conditions are unsuitable or unsafe, without liability.
6. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or interfere with its operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at our discretion.
